Gongcheng Oil Tea

“恭城油茶喷喷香，既有茶叶又有姜。”这句话道出了油茶制作的真谛。油茶本身就是由茶叶和姜这两个主要的原料做成的。倘若还嫌味道不够，再加上点配料就可以制成香味十足的油茶了。

"Gongcheng oil tea suffuses fragrance with tea-leaves and gingers." This sentence expounds the true meaning of the production of oil tea. Tea-leaves and gingers are the primary ingredients made of oil tea, supposing the taste is not satisfied, replenishing some trimmings can be made a sweet-smelling oil tea.

 

  “恭城油茶”获得了国家工商总局商标局核发的地理标志证明商标注册证书。这标志着“恭城油茶”已经成为广西首个地方特色小吃类产品地理标志证明商标。

It has awarded Geographical Indications of Trademark Registration Certificate issued by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of Trademark Office, which marking the "Gongcheng Oil Tea" has become the first local characteristics of Guangxi snacks products of geographical indications certification mark.

 

  “恭城油茶”是恭城瑶胞的一种传统食品，据史料记载始于唐代，距今已有1000多年的历史。上世纪90年代后，“恭城油茶”传至桂林及广西各地，如今喝油茶已成为人们饮食休闲的一件趣事。

    It also is a traditional food of Gongcheng Yao. According to historical records it has more than 1,000 years of history that can be dated back to Tang dynasty, . After the last 1990s, "Gongcheng Oil Tea" is widespread in Guilin and also other places of Guangxi, and now drinking oil tea has become an interesting thing of diet and pastime to people.
